Recap: Our Yoga Pop Up Event in Lake Placid, FL

Our Yoga Pop Up on November 8th was a huge success! We just wanted to recap and thank all of our great vendors, guests, and attendees for making this unique event possible!

Gathering for a sound bath demonstration. Massages from Massages by Vicki, Balance From Within, and Blue Lotus were also enjoyed by many of our visitors!

Held at Ignite Raja, next to Stuart Park in Lake Placid, the event welcomed ambassadors of health, wellness, and happiness from throughout the community. From our friends at Drip Bar in Sebring, to indie cookbook author Anonymous Apron, we gave visitors a taste of sound bathing, Biowell, Reiki, yoga, and more!

Healthy snacks and drinks were provided, and many guests stopped by Platt Creek Sourdough‘s table to buy cookies and loaves. Fun gifts were available from Nanny’s Handmade Crafts and Two Sisters Events was on site to show off a beautiful event venue coming to Highlands County.

Live demonstrations and raffle drawings punctuated the event, and we were thrilled to meet dozens of guests during their first visit to the studio! This was also a great opportunity to collect input and feedback on the best times and days for our yoga classes — we’re always thrilled to tailor our schedule to the needs of the community.yoga studio pilates lake placid fl 33852
